If and when Iraq is run for and by Iraqi's, other countries might want to help out, but it is not clear that anybody will want to step into a guerilla war or a civil war. Once it has begun, the process of disintegration of Iraq is likely going to be hard to stop, much less reverse. That process began with our invasion.

There is no such thing as "UN military". Based on UN resolutions, member states contribute military personnell under a UN nominated command structure, for peace keeping purposes. AFAIK, No UN command has ever been set up for hostile/war purposes.
