Perhaps Mr. Bush is really basically shy...appears to be an extravert to those who don't know him, but really is rather introverted when one does know him. Look at pictures of people, both when a child, and when they have grown up. You will see the same 'seeming smirk' on many of those adults who find it more difficult to be a "hail fellow well met", but rather are a bit more reserved. The President is basically in a sales oriented business...and not all sales people fit the mold, or myth, of 'flim flam man'.....THANK GOODNESS!
