Junior is all symolism and no substance. What I do understand is that W is just a front man for other people's projects. He is persuaded or obliged on occasion to speak to reporters without a prepared script, and on those occasions he demonstrates that he is clueless about national affairs, the agenda set forth by his administration, and anything deeper than a John Wayne movie. It is during this spontaneous swagger that he shows that he has set a very low bar of success on the war on terror, just the capture dead or alive of a few folks, but has failed at every turn on even that modest goal.
