Only in this case, there is only one degree of separation from the thieves who prosper from the unauditable National Missile Defense Farce and the Halliburton Riches-Ala-Carte scheme. Yup, in both instances, just one degree of separation from the country's most malevolent paranoid, Oil Slick Dick Cheney.
