well, my guess is that when you use that correlation series with some other relevant cycle signals, and learn how they correspond, the answer is yes.

Either way, the nikkei-spx-nasdaq and dow adjusted cycles "seem" to be lining up with other important cycle counts...which "seem" to be lining up with some longer term harmonic patterns..so your guess is as good as mine...

Hi, I am just getting into Gartleys and Fibos..and spotted this chart:

Is it, indeed a Gartley? And if so, what is it telling the chartist?
