I believe that many of the UN ran from their duty. Those "states" lean on the US to support the will of the UN...and yet they themselves aren't willing to support the effort by lending their military or their funds. Please show me what you considered to be 'screaming'. Don't believe you will be able to do so. As far as Hillary is concerned...we will all find there 'is more to this story'.....
