That's another lie. Bush is the one that is not supporting the troops. His lack of diplomacy and planning has cost lives. Many people in this Country disagree with the President. That includes McCain, who says we are understaffed in Iraq. That is not being unpatriotic. Failing to respond properly to the terrorists in Iraq, who fashion IED, and then detonate them on the side of the road is a failure of policy on the ground.
