But, according to the 2000 census, New Hampshire (96% white) is more white than Utah (89%). Utah has even a slightly higher percentage of blacks than New Hampshire. So according to your logic, New Hampshire must be more segregated than Utah. LOL! The country is mostly whites, so one would expect that any state would have mostly a white population. I would venture that the Blacks of Utah are primarily found in the large urban area in Salt Lake city. New Hampshire does not have many large urban centers. But really none of this matters, because 90% of Blacks are democrats. This tells you which party's policies tend to be in line with Black America. Orca
