Bush's fiscal policies aren't that bad yet - most effects don't happen until the out years. Most are close to standard Keynesian spending with an extra helping for the richest 1 %....

Not too much different than what most electable Democrats would do for the first years.

Energy Bill and Homeland security bill are a real dog's breakfast of pork , special interest deals, and more pork.

I will have to say that I do like the idea of an energy efficent Hooter's resturant. Conservation can fun....

Most of this economic stuff is easily fixable in 2005.
