Why are Howard Deans records as Governor locked up for 10 years? Attorney General sent message out to staff stating that any correspondence with Dean's name in it must be turned over. They have 140 boxes. 40% of all his records are being kept secret from the public.

Newsweek Magazine will have a big story on it. You know it has to be bad if the liberal magazine has chosen to publish something about it.
