NSP,
I have no criticism what so ever. You present your case in a professional and pleasant manner without telling the world that you are the GREATEST and WILL ROCK ON etc. etc. That alone shows your true value and many of us lessor TA people are very grateful for your work but especially your pleasant attitude.
