Just take something random, and suppose a $10 revenue maximizing price, and first a $3 marginal cost and a $7 marginal replacement cost and second reverse the $3 and the $7.

But I don't know what the entire concept of 'replacement cost' means in 'real-life' terms. That is why I tried to use an example I that I can understand like movie theaters. Why would you want to replace something? Why not just sell it and be done with it?
