Yes, you are right, but the media I think it was CNN did a story comparing Bush's trip to all previous Presidents. They decided Bush's trip was the second most dangerous ever taken by a SITTING President. The first, Abraham Lincoln who when to Richmond, Va. just 2 days after Jefferson Davis was driven out. Interesting, Lincoln is considered the FATHER of the GOP. jdn
