The killings are being surgically aimed at getting the biggest effect for every bullet, RPG and Mortar shell.

1) Hit contractors' to increase the price of rebuild.

2) Hit financiers assessing the situation. (The Japanese)

3) Hit troopers to keep on the edge constantly.

4) Hit international agencies to intimidate (Red Cross and UN)

5) Hit local supporters to remind them that if the US won't stay they will be chased.
