Garren digs up micro- and small-caps, and his focus is often on companies where many SI biofreaks are weak. His "weak signal" style is pretty good, but I rarely get anything new from his research and sense that he's in part trying to lead a momo crew (I don't like the in-and-out style that I've seen on occasion.... I believe that it's practical and representative of what an investor should be doing in biotech, but I appreciate newsletter editors who take the time to find secure gems, somewhat downside protected, and stick with them). Thus far, he's been a strong positive IMO for the sector, largely directing investment dollars to companies of significant MEDICAL interest.
