B: ORBIT/FR Receives a Contract for a Large European Aerospace Program

HORSHAM, Pa., Dec 01, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ -- ORBIT/FR, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: ORFR), a leading producer of sophisticated automated
microwave test and measurement systems for the aerospace/defense, wireless
communication, automotive and satellite industries, today announced it has been
awarded a contract from a major European aerospace contractor.

This award represents the first phase of a project, expected to be performed
over a 3-year period, to deliver a large state-of-the-art aircraft electro
magnetic testing facility. The turnkey system includes a large shielded chamber
with RF absorption capability that simulates free space and a large positioning
system. The RF absorbing subsystem will be implemented by the California-based
Advanced Electromagnetic, Inc., (AEMI), a wholly owned subsidiary of ORBIT/FR,
Inc. The program, if all its options are exercised by the customer, could exceed
$9 million and would represent the Company's largest program ever. "We are
pleased to be selected to deliver such an advanced system," said Israel Adan,
President and CEO of ORBIT/FR, Inc. "We believe that our extensive experience in
full turnkey chamber design and implementation, along with our strong reputation
for delivering high quality antenna measurement equipment and technologies, were
