Saddam and his regime ARE a terrorist organization.

First off, you won't find "Junior's loyal yes men" saying anyone knows there was "no connection between Saddam and 9/11," let alone themsleves. So your first sentence is untrue.

Your insistence, per above, is upon a false statement. Your opinion is all you are left with, and, per above, it cannot correctly be claimed as some incontrovertible fact all should recognize, for no one knows that Saddam had no connection even to 911 itself. Information to date exists which indicates Al Qaeda was indeed conversing with Saddam's Iraq, even that the Saudis who boarded planes on 911 likely trained on the 707 at the training camp in Iraq. There is no evidence to show this information is false, while there is testimony and photography to indicate it's true. Given who Saddam is, there's little reason to doubt it.

Re: "you seem to grasp at the straw that perhaps everyone in the world is covering up a connection or something."

Hardly grasping at straws, the reasonable suspicion is merely that Saddam(not "everyong in the world") was actively hiding all he could for some time even prior to our action in Iraq. More significantly, this remains a moot issue given that we know Saddam has supported terrorists, has supported the actions of Al Qaeda with his praise, has plain terrorist intent, and so rightly became a major part of a much needed and appropriate defensive response in this War on Terror.

We all heard the Colin Powell speech, and the man would seem to believe Saddam supported terrorist activities and was a threat. He has legitimate reason to believe, IMO. The little theory you reference in support of your opinion is therefore just as at odds with reality as was your opening sentence.
