Oh my goodness, are you still talking about blue dresses and cigars? You really need to get your mind out of the gutter where it apparently has been all these long years. Actually, the rule of law worked in that case as it led to impeachment for lying but did not lead to removal from office. Shall we now see it work on the PPIC who led us into war based on the intimidation of analysts?
