Is Jemas even an insider anymore? He was demoted or kicked out recently (forget which) so any selling by him wouldn't concern me much. It certainly hasn't hurt the stock price.

Anyway my guestimate is for Dec to be slightly up due to X2 & Hulk DVD performance (not that MVL sees anymore Hulk $$$ but it's good PR). Plus MVL is master toy licensee for LOTR. So there's enough to keep MVL in the spotlight in Dec.

Jan-Mar could see more sideways or downward movement as MVL won't be in the limelight much AFAIK, other than earnings. Plus maybe more games by those who'd like to get in for the Spidey 2 play.

So for me, I'll stay put with what I have and add late winter on any weakness. I expect a really nice jump for Spidey 2 (& Punisher to a lesser degree if it can do as well as Blade).
