Bruce I had the same problem, installed it on a 300 W PS and the board did not even boot.

What voltage did you measure? 5V or 12V

My other computer runs on a Asus A7V333 with a 1.66 GHz (XP 2000) processor do you have any experience with that board?

Haim

Tried the A7N8X with an 350 W PS and it works. Voltages I am getting are:

Vcore 1.68
3.3V actual 3.23
5.0V actual 4.78
12V actual 12.67

WHat would you suggest to increase performance ?

Further do you know how to activate their LAN to work as an Ethernet 10/100 Mhz. The setup software is in dos mode and I admit that I am a bit "rusty" after all those Plug&Play scheme to set up the board.
