Kerry would make a GREAT commander in chief and is a top expert on counter-terrorism. He even wrote a book about it. GW ignored terrorism pre 9-11. Kerry warned both presidents about 9-11 style attacks in 1999.

I do not consider Loppy a war hero. He executed a VC and was given a Silver Star for doing it. He should have been courts-martialed.
