Hawk, Pakistan is the hotbed of terrorism. It has a lot of madrassa. It has been the staging ground of cross-border terrorist attacks on India (a democracy) and the current Afghan govt. Even your post mentions Pakistan.

Would you not think that the US would have marched into Pakistan in pursuit of terrorists. Daniel Pearl, an American journalist was kidnapped and killed in Pakistan. So for the Bush govt. coming out with this report so late in the game could create doubts and suspicions that the war on Iraq was a fight against terrorism when it ignored the very hotbed of terrorism, Pakistan.
