Dang- I wrote that post a long time ago and forgot to hit enter. Now I see that you all have already covered the ground. Wasn't it Pat Robertson who made a short run at the presidency years ago? I wonder if he got far enough to ask for federal funding. In my e-mail last week was this foaming at the mouth thing from an old neighbor about how the members of congress who came out against our Judge Roy should be "disbarred and locked out as the traitors they are to the principles this country was founded on". If I weren't trying to avoid thinking right now, I would be very concerned about the growing schism in our country. But with Christmas looming, I just can't handle the political stress. The Dir. of Fine Arts in the school district where I teach came in the other day and looked at the music we are doing for the "Holiday concert". "Gonna get sued for this one. Gonna get sued for this one. Gonna get sued for this one...."
