An alternate way to access the records is to go to: recorder.maricopa.gov Then you simply enter in the recording number (which I've bolded). Apparently the pdf files are created temporarily for viewing and then deleted 24 hours later or so. Bill the barn dweller is moving into much nicer digs: On July 3 he was buying a property for the whopping sum of $10: 156.42.40.50 amazingly, he found a lender to give him an $840,000 mortgage to build on the property: 156.42.40.50 Note that the mortgage papers are signed by hi sister Natascha, acting with power of atty for Bill. Two weeks ago William H. Wallace ("an unmarried man") did a $999,950 mortgage for a property at 6215 Red Wing Rd., Paradise Valley, AZ. He's had a couple of hits at the Maricopa Recorder's office for property transactions. Natascha Pfurtscheller makes fewer impressions than Bill at the Maricopa Recorder's office. The most recent was July 3, 2003 when William gave her a full power of attorney for all his affairs. I don't know much more about Natascha, except that she would like to sell you some semen for $2500 thenobelest.com from her horse "The Noblest", which was a big prize winning horse before Natascha acquired it around 2001 or earlier. Can't imagine where she got the cash to buy that horse.
