My question in that respect was, and still is, why weren't there any Republican members from the Armed Forces Committee on that very same fact finding trip? I'm getting closer to understand your real beef with Sen. Clinton's visit to Afghanistan. Way I look at it, President Bush provided a morale booster to troops in Iraq. Sen. Clinton did a similar thing in Afganistan. I applaud both actions. If you want to spin this in a partisan political way, feel free. I'm just not into it.
