"If we were serious about waging war against our enemies, we would have put enormous pressure on the Syrians to shut down the network of terrorist facilities in Lebanon, and expel Hezbollah, which Deputy Secretary Armitage has called the most dangerous terrorist organization"

I wonder is Syria has the ability to expell terrorist facilities? some reports on fox the other day were saying we are putting tremendous presser on Syria.

We got our hands full in Iraq i doubt we have the capacity to take on Iran. We have problems in the streets of Baghdad how would we patrol Iran? Who in the world would support us?

Faster, please.

I'm not sure "faster" is going to do any good. A change in direction might be a better idea, but that won't be easy to do.

Not a good situation. It was pretty obvious from day 1 that we were sticking our heads into this sort of thing, but people didn't want to see it.

We stuck our head in the hornet's nest, and now we're getting stung. Big surprise. Next suggestion: let's torch the whole nest. With our head still in it.

I am not optimistic about this.
