Hey - bob and others -

Forgive me for interrupting pretty good personal attacks. I'm actually here to find out the rational argument for being long RMBS at this point.

I've got an order to short higher than today so no position yet.

The way I see and I admit I know next to nothing about this as I've just started following it.

Long - great potential - if they win litigation, could double revenues over the next year and then double again. Chips, techs, etc. are hot.

Short - impossible to predict significant profits even if revenue ramps up. Way too high value compared to potential. Priced such that everything must go right. I usually short companies relying on lawsuits, knowing that lawyers are the only winners <gggg>. Even if they win, "lawyer time" usually varies from "real time" analysis.

Technical - very bullish but overbought so should run higher but then I'm shorting unless someone here can convince me otherwise.

Of course, I'll still enjoy the rants about sizes of various m or f organs if you wish to just post about that <gggggggg>.
