JW, OT,
Synchronicity,
Just finished a PM to a friend in which I detailed being in a snow squall with high winds on Blue Mountain yesterday. While the snow wasn't Blue, the mountain was, ggg.

I enjoy winter weather and activities myself, hence my long interest in winter weather forecasting and my collection of natural indicators spanning decades.

Best of luck on the slopes, I expect this snowcover view to look much more enticing for skiers a week hence:

Best,
Roebear

I loved to shovel snow when I was younger also... And I still remember the snowforts after the heavy snowfalls of the early 1960s... Back then, we seemed to appreciate it more than the kids of today.
