In answer to your question, it is probably worse. But, all those BS sites making it sensationalism does 0 for me.

Question I have, are you caring about the extra lost lives, deeply caring that families are being destroyed, or are you using the stats for furthering your political point of view, looking for an edge to get your fingers around to pry a crack open in the Bush camp all the while crying crocodile tears for the families of those young men and women who gave their lives in service to your country?

If you're even hinting at using the body count to further a political point about Bush because you hate him, then you are no better than the DOD who is not giving an accurate count. You are far worse actually.

Think on that as to your true motivation. Stuff like this should not even be discussed and tossed about like it is. The dead soldiers lose any sense of respect they earned when the are tossed around on websites as fodder for political views.
