Dan, I must remind you once again - The recession ended in November of 2001. The National Bureau of Economic Research is the agency which calls the start and end of business recessions. Also, since Bush took office, GDP has grown a TOTAL of 6%. Since the end of the recession, we have lost about a million jobs.
