More important perhaps is Russia is in effect saying don't tread on me, we may not be an economic power but we have more nukes & chems then only one nation.... The fact that they arrested the guy from Yukos says a whole lot too. But yet Lay from Enron is still walking around...lol Anyway, I don't get into all of that hybrid stuff, as I have seen more times than I care to remember how small cars turn into death cans when they get hit by anything heavier.
