Negative. Reducto ad Absurdism doesn't make much of a point, does it?

Humans are a species with sexual differentiation. (Unless you happen to be hermaphroditic :)

Any 'right' for an individual to control their reproductive potential exists as a subset of the 'right' to be secure in our own bodies... to not have governments control our bodies.

Some call that 'privacy', but it's perhaps greater than that.
