Again kumar, this thread requires us that we do not speculate. You need to post where you picked this up. We all know that we have smugglers who enter countries. But it is difficult to find a link where it says that. However in the case of Special Forces crossing borders is not similar to smugglers or unwanted elements crossing borders. Hence you should be able to find a link. I think your argument will be stronger if you post a link to either a news item or a column to support your point of view.
