Yes they are the counterfeit police. Her problem would have been when she tried to pass that 3 dollar bill along to someone else. Not everyone is as dumb as she. Or perhaps AS was being interviewed by the Secret Service because the President was going to be in her town. After the interview they realized that AS was only a threat to the truth and herself and didn't need special attention while the President was there.
