I find it blinding by most that this deflation hasn't been properly understood.

In 99 and 2000 Billions in digitization and internet embracement saved literally more Billions over the last 3 years.

Add to that the importing of deflation from Japan and China. Its no wonder things are cheaper and deflation is a wonderful bi product of Mega-Trends that are irreversible.

Low rates held down will create liquidity - which has a way of rising equities.

Bonds are the next scary plains of desolution. The fed will jaw bone this hard and long.I'm not sure of the play after we get a strong equity run.

Next years election run will be surprised by the sneaky/stealth reappearance of an equity Rally.

The adv/decl lines are saying it all as institutional accumulation is being maximized with as little a clue as possible.Add to that a record short interest - most of which is facing denial and the new wealth will be felt in earnest by mid year 04.

That prognostication and 2.00 will get you a cup of coffee.GG

Notice the bear market in Coffee.Gold will go the same way. When commodities go up in price - supply will be the cold pail of water. We live in a virtual world of excess supply.

Ride the cycles and don't be piggish -(that's the hard part).

Good to exchange with you- we have different views and I appreciate that.

Thanks

Bob
