JP CNI/Inco. Last ammounced placement should tell some: 8.5 million units offerd @ C$15 plus possible 1.5 units over allotment.
That is 10 million units, 10 million shares @$15 plus 5 million @ C$18.5 for the warrants.
Adds fully diluted 15 million shares to the actual 33.3 million.
33% dilution.
All valuations made before the financing must be revised to 2/3rds.
I closed my position.

Inco would have added 2.7 million shares.

Thanks for your reply.
Although the Inco/Goro JV may explain their decision, I still don't like it. On the other hand, the bottle is still half full. Life goes on.

BTW JP, thanks for the your great posts on "Le Coin des Prospecteurs».
