What do you think of the Blanchard lawsuit? In the discovery process can the defendant force disclosure of any silent parties to the lawsuit? Guess not - thinking back to the Paula Jones suit?

Is there any existing proof regarding their advice to sell bullion? If it was dated well before lawsuit it will only help Blanchard case, timing will play crucial role, if the advice was issued, even oral only soon after the court dismissed the case against BIS and AG Blanchard has stronger case than anybody thinks.
