LOL! Kenny...as a lawyer you know treaties must be approved by the Senate. The Senate voted 99-0 NOT to ratify....the defeat has nothing to do with Bush but quite frankly, it was bad deal for our country and economy and I woud not criticize Bush if he had been responsible.... JLA
