In morning trading, the Dow was up 50.59, or 0.5 percent, at 9,904.23, having declined 45 points Tuesday to end a six-day winning streak. The last time the blue chip average traded above 10,000 was May 31, 2002. The broader market was also higher. The Nasdaq gained 9.09, or 0.5 percent, to 1,989.16. The last time the tech-focused index traded above 2,000 was Jan. 15, 2002. ................
