I like tuna salades and tuna sandwiches with dill pickles on whole wheat or multi grain bread. Here in San Diego area, we get mahi mahi and other tuna species on the menu.

Speaking of tuna, I have to swim off to the store!

Tuna is not really all that healthy and neither are walnuts,unless you can be absolutely sure that they are NOT RANCID.

I like tuna myself, but try to get Wild Alaskan Salmon instead, fresh or in the can, and for nuts___it is only almonds for this water baby! :):):)
