But, you call Saddam a toothless tiger, and you know that Al Qaeda was a bigger threat than Saddam Hussein??? That is a no-brainer. Saddams may come and go, but Al Qaeda has a life of its own. Only a bunch of idiots would abandon their fight against Al Qaeda and go after Saddam instead. And to our misfortune, we had a bunch of fools in the WH and the nightmare is now for real. So, in your logic, the less powerful an enemy is, the less of a threat? What is YOUR logic? Could Vanuatu be a bigger threat than China?
