I agree, but as they say smoke/fire. The Feds will be coming done hard on this one and they don't like to leave empty handed even if they have to make something up. It is how they prove their worth, even though it is always after the fact btw....

The only question is how bad is it? Isolated or company wide? CECO has the same feel as Tyco and Oxford did in the early days when **it was just starting to hit the fan for these companies. FWIW I bought a chunk right at the close, but after looking at it a little closer I chickened out and sold in the after hours for a small gain. Good luck....
