He was a deranged, brutal madman. He enjoyed watching prisoners being tortured to death. He enjoyed torturing others. Who knows why any nutcase acts the way that they do? That is why Bush had to act against Saddam, before Saddam could strike at America. We all know that Saddam had more ability to strike at America, than did Al Qaeda. It was only a matter of time before Saddam would go off the deep end and more Americans would be dead in our streets. Good point though, about Saddam's strange behavior when America invaded Iraq.
