Yeh, sure. He could have made it a lot more difficult and bloody for our troops, in the hopes of turning us back. His behavior has always been strange. What is strange is attacking a country that has not attacked us; in fact has never attacked us. His military was not even third rate compared to America's military, but they sure were the powerhouse in the Middle East. Yeah, right! Such a "powerhouse: that neither the Turks nor the Iranians nor the Kuwaitis nor even the autonomous Kurds within Iraq were afraid of him. Recall that no neighboring country asked for US to defend them from Saddam this time. We just got into this mess on our own and it has already cost us hundreds of lives and over 150 Billion dollars, and there is no end in sight. Thanks to folks like you and "leaders" like Dumbya!
