03/11/03 Koala Announces Closing of a Letter of Intent with Wirelesspark

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 11, 2003--Koala International Wireless, Inc. ("Koala" or the "Company") (KIWI - news) announced today the closing of a Letter of Intent to distribute its device through Italy, Switzerland and Norway with Wirelesspark, an independent mobile internet solution provider based in Milan, Italy to provide value added services for the wireless market in Italy, Switzerland and Norway (www.wirelesspark.it).

Wirelesspark's ("Client") responsibilities will be to: actively participate in launch and promotional activities to potential users of the Koala services and products; promote project related Koala services and products on all communications media already used by the Client; provide all rights, tools, information or services to Koala required to set up and operate its services and products in Europe; add the Koala services and products distribution channel to the advertising agreements in place with the Wirelesspark customer base, distribute Koala services and products in as many point of sale outlets as possible.
