10/23/03 Koala's Board of Directors Approves Acquisition of IP Band Networks and Digiplates Software, From DJ Union LLC
POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 23, 2003--Koala International Wireless, Inc. (KIWI - news) , a developer and integrator of web-based, wireless network applications and wireless device technology, announced today that it's Board of Director's has approved the acquisition of DJ Union subsidiaries Digiplates Software, (www.digiplates.com) and IP Band Networks (www.ipband.com) both of Hollywood, California. Mr. Toby Morning, CEO and Founder of both IP Band and Digiplates, has accepted a Senior Officer position in Koala as part of the acquisition. The acquisition has been approved by both company's Board of Directors.
