LSG wanted a deal with BAN cecause of the 1km rule... if the zones on Holmer's property extend into the BAN property, Lakeshore's deal is 60% but Holmer gets 50% of that. Anything within 1 km Holmer gets 30% of whatever is there within that kilometer. Same goes with any other adjoining property...Holmer has all rights within 1 km. .

from yesterday's HGM NR:

"All adjoining properties within one km from the property boundary acquired by Lake Shore, including Band-Ore option will become part of Holmer-Lake Shore Gold option agreement"

LSG has an option on 60% of bandore's thunder creek property, so i assume that means that HGM has half (i.e. 30%) of any part of that which is within 1 km of the boundary. but it might be worth clarifying this with the company.
