The promise that I am relying at this point in my life is "Come unto me all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest." Most of my stress is from not trusting God. Even as a minister, it is easy to think that my human wisdom can solve most of my problems. But when we come to the end of our plans. . . and can't figure it out . . we stress out. At that point . . . we realize once again that we have to rest in Him. Let him work it out. End the roof brain chatter.
