SEC filing for MFIC: A billion dollar hedge fund, Husic Capital Management in San Francisco has just taken a 10.4% (778,292 shares) stake in MFIC (see links below). Husic paid as much as $2.4283 for their shares, buying 56,844 shares at this price on 12/15/03.
