Hillside beans which are picked red and mixed with green stuff is the best. Age and dry it your self. Always grind your own beans fresh from a mix. Nigerian, Columbian, Honduras is a good mix. Use real cream. Good stuff.

Most commerical ground and can coffees are bottom of the barrel mixes of green and scrap from the drying areas. They do this to keep costs down. Nigerian and Arabian are bitter coffees by themselves. CA are much better.
